Information we process
The 10000x.net Publisher app is an administrative tool. It does not offer public Facebook Login. When an authorized Page administrator connects the app, Meta may provide basic account identifiers, the Pages that person manages, Page identifiers, Page access permissions, and Page access tokens.
When an administrator publishes through the 10000x.net dashboard, we may process the post text, links, images or videos selected for publication, the resulting Facebook object ID, timestamps, delivery status, and limited administrator audit information.
The broader 10000x.net website may also process Discord account identifiers, usernames, player names, session information, and gameplay or community data when a visitor signs in or uses community features.
How we use information
- Publish and manage authorized content on the official 10000x.net Facebook Page.
- Authenticate authorized administrators and protect restricted dashboard features.
- Maintain a publishing audit trail, diagnose failed deliveries, and prevent abuse.
- Operate community features, player statistics, events, clips, and support services.
Sharing and sale of information
Content submitted for Facebook publication is sent to Meta under Meta's terms and privacy policies. We may use hosting, database, analytics, authentication, or security providers as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, security, and retention
Facebook access tokens are kept in private server configuration and are not displayed in the administrative dashboard or stored in the public source repository. We use reasonable technical and access controls to protect information.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain appropriate administrative records. Access tokens may also expire or be revoked through Meta.
Choices and rights
Authorized administrators can revoke the app's Facebook access through their Meta account or business settings. Depending on location, a person may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information.
User data deletion instructions
To request deletion of information associated with the 10000x.net Publisher app or a 10000x.net account, email admin@10000x.net with the subject 10000x.net data deletion request.
Include the Facebook or Discord account name or identifier needed to locate the records and describe what should be deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data and will respond within 30 days. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be preserved only for the required period.
